LIVING BRAVE: BUILDING A COURAGEOUS LIFE BEYOND FEAR
Fear is a natural part of life, but when it begins to hold us back, it’s time to take action. Living Brave is designed to help you embrace fear as a guiding force rather than an obstacle, turning it into a tool for personal growth and transformation. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize the subtle and not-so-subtle signs of fear and develop practical strategies to move beyond it. Whether fear manifests in your thoughts, body, or spirit, this experience will equip you with techniques to break through and live a life that aligns with your values and true potential.
