LESLIE ROHONCZY: SONGWRITER, PRODUCER & RECORDING ARTIST
Leslie’s songwriting ‘tap’ was unleashed during her coaching certification journey in 2011. Since that time, she has released seven original albums. The symbiotic relationship between coaching and music is clear: coaching clients and their topics inform Leslie’s music, and her coaching-inspired music helps to enrich her coaching program design.

2024 | CRUCIBLE
The MAGICK one. There’s some supernatural electricity in this collection! Many of the songs are inspired by Sharon Blackie’s book ‘Hagitude’, and by the process of channeling creativity. ‘Crucible’ dropped in November 2024.
2023 | FATHOM
The COACHING one. The newly released ‘Fathom’ album is Leslie’s seventh original album, and features coaching-inspired songs. This introspective, enlightening, and inspiring collection takes listeners deeper into self-awareness and personal growth through music.
2021 | ANTHEMONIUM
The CIRCUS one. This collection of anthemic rock, R&B and funk songs features soaring vocals, dramatic orchestrations, and rich metaphors. Coaching-related songs ‘Trapeze’, ‘In My Own Shoes’, and ‘Dear Me’ were inspired by actual coaching practices designed to help clients grow their self-awareness.

The FANTASY one. Released in August 2016, with original songs in the rock genre, this third album represents a shift into the sensory realm of fantasy, featuring superbly crafted lyrics, evocative melodies & rhythms and juicy production. Amidst healthy doses of great rock & roll grooves, you will sense flavours of country, R&B, funk, hip hop and pop!

The FUN one. Leslie’s sixth album feature high energy dance, rock, funk, and big band-inspired songs. Playful, irreverent, bold, and energetic, this album will move your body while it feeds your mind.
2014 | DOWN FROM THE ETHER
The SPIRITUAL one. Released in October, 2014, with original songs in the rock genre. Inspired, provocative, edgy and quirky, this rock album features bold, layered vocals, intricate guitars and keys, thought-provoking lyrics, and intense rhythms!
2019 | THROUGH THE DARK NIGHT
The DARK one. Leslie’s fourth album is insightful, lyrically deep, and the result of Leslie’s exploration of mental health through music. It explores topics of fear, depression, resilience, self-worth and the inner critic. But don’t assume the songs are depressing, slow or maudlin - this album is a bonafide rocker!
2012 | SISTER SEVEN
The FIRST one. Released in November, 2012, with original songs in the rock genre, this album is a mix of adult contemporary, new country, and funk. The songs on this debut album are hopeful, introspective, and provocative, and explore empowerment, adoption, bullying, inner critic, and the art of the possible.

SCOTT WALSH | AUDIO PRODUCTION, SOUND ENGINEER, GUITARS, BASS, VOCALS
Scott Walsh is the guitarist, bassist, co-producer and sound engineer for Leslie Rohonczy's music. He is the owner of Soundcreation Studio in Ottawa Canada, where Leslie has recorded seven studio albums (so far). “I became addicted to music at 9 years old while learning guitar, and then became addicted to recording at age 12 on my Dad’s 4 track! Music is truly an adventure and way of life, and I have enjoyed every up and down that music has offered!” Musical highlights for Scott having included playing cable TV at age 13 and performing with his father's country band at 16. Scott has played in many popular rock bands including 'In Mynd' and 'Four On The Floor', and has played almost every bar in Ottawa at least once... the Rainbow 60+ times! Scott co-wrote and produced two 'In Mynd' albums, with the single 'Still In Mind' getting regular radio rotation. He has also recorded dozens of very talented bands including 'Beehler', 'Saga', 'Down In Ashes', and 'Leslie Rohonczy Band'. Scott toured Europe twice, Brazil, and Norway with metal band 'Beehler', and recorded Saga's 20th anniversary tour in Europe.

CHRIS HOULE | DRUMS, PERCUSSION
Drummer Chris Houle comes from a long line of musical talents. Growing up with music from a very young age as part of the musical McCann family legacy, he started playing drums at the age of 9 when he got his first kit. He joined the stage/big band in his first year of high school and has never looked back. Chris has performed with many bands over the years, including Cougar Chick Tribute Band, Ragged Faith, Bad Influence, Blues Chronicle, Private Stock, and Blue Groove to name just a few. Chris also occasionally sits in on drums and lends vocals with local favorites Chris McCann and Straight Goods, Staggering Punters, Next in Line, and Full Moon Fever, enjoying the opportunity to play many diverse styles of music.
Currently, Chris performs with the Leslie Rohonczy Band, Disco Inferno, Comfortably Numb, 8 Track, and the Bird Show. Chris has also spent considerable time as a studio session player/arranger, and his work has been captured on several recordings with the Leslie Rohonczy Band, the Jenn Morin band, and others. Chris counts multiple decades of music as influences, ranging from the 1940's swing and big band sounds, to today's power pop and modern rock, blues, classic rock, pop, and yes, even disco! Chris's exceptional meter and hunger for all things new and challenging keeps the band fresh, and brings energy to live performances.
