ABOUT LESLIE ROHONCZY
COACHING
Leslie Rohonczy is a certified Integral Master Coach™ specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and building high-performance teams. With over thirty years of business and leadership experience, Leslie works with senior leaders and teams who want to grow personally and professionally, make progress on specific coaching topics, and build new awareness and insights, so they can put real, impactful changes into action.
Her creative and compassionate approach is deeply anchored in the Integral Coaching® method developed by Integral Coaching Canada. Leslie was the Corporate Coach at Export Development Canada from 2011 to 2023, and now provides consulting services on executive coaching, leadership development, and high performance teams to senior leaders and teams across Canada.
Leslie is also an accomplished musician, songwriter and music producer, with eight original studio albums, many of the songs inspired by coaching clients, practices, and topics. As founder of the Song Stories Therapeutic Music Coaching Program, she combines her creative musical skills with deep coaching expertise to help individuals connect to, process, and experience their stories.

MUSIC
Leslie is a talented singer/songwriter, producer, recording artist, and vocal & performance coach. Leslie’s songwriting ‘tap’ was unleashed during her coaching certification journey in 2011. Since that time, she has released eight original albums. The symbiotic relationship between Leslie’s coaching and music is clear: coaching clients and their topics inform Leslie’s music, and her coaching-inspired music helps to enrich her coaching program design.
All albums were recorded with musical partners Scott Walsh (Soundcreation Studio) and Chris Houle (drums), and contain coaching-inspired music and lyrics that are featured in Leslie’s first book, ‘COACHING LIFE: Navigating Life’s Most Common Coaching Topics’. Leslie performs as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist with Ottawa-based bands 'Leslie Rohonczy Band', and ‘MumboLoco’. She has twelve years of Royal Conservatory training in piano and music theory, and also plays the flute, saxophone, ukulele, congas, percussion, and is learning the banjo and theremin.

LIFE
Leslie enjoys several creative hobbies. She is an accomplished painter and visual artist, and her colorful and expressive landscapes, portraits, and abstract artworks have been included in gallery shows across Ontario and Quebec. She also enjoys creating some of the music videos that accompany her original music.
Leslie lives in Ottawa, Canada with her husband and several dogs they foster for the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind program. She is the Mom of two amazing grown humans.
