ORIGINAL MUSIC & THERAPEUTIC MUSIC COACHING
Beyond coaching, Leslie is an accomplished musician, songwriter, and music producer with eight original studio albums—many inspired by coaching themes and personal transformation. As the founder of the Song Stories Therapeutic Music Coaching Program, she blends deep coaching expertise with creative expression, helping individuals explore, process, and give voice to their stories through music.
Leslie’s journey as a singer-songwriter began during her coaching certification in 2011, when her creative ‘tap’ was unleashed. Since then, she has released nine original albums, each reflecting the symbiotic relationship between coaching and music. Her clients’ experiences and insights influence her songwriting, while her coaching-inspired music enriches her program design.
Her albums, recorded in collaboration with guitarist and studio owner Scott Walsh (Soundcreation Studio) and drummer Chris Houle, feature coaching-inspired lyrics that are also highlighted in her book, Coaching Life: Navigating Life’s Most Common Coaching Topics. As a multi-instrumentalist and dynamic performer, Leslie is the lead vocalist and a core member of The Leslie Rohonczy Band, Vinylogic, and That Seventies Band. Classically trained in piano and music theory through the Royal Conservatory of Music, she also plays flute, saxophone, ukulele, congas, percussion, and is currently exploring bass, banjo, and the jeezly theremin.
