This workshop is an invitation to break that cycle of self-judgment and embrace radical self-compassion. When you love and accept yourself fully, you unlock the ability to nurture your well-being, increase your resilience, and live more authentically. Through this workshop, you will learn how to cultivate compassion for all parts of yourself, especially those you may have neglected or criticized for too long.​

​In ALL OF ME, you’ll be guided through powerful reflection exercises, transformative practices, and open-hearted conversations designed to foster a deep sense of self-love. You’ll leave with practical tools for integrating self-compassion into your daily life, recognizing your inherent worth, and loving yourself fully—even in the face of imperfection. The benefits of this workshop extend to all areas of life, as you build the capacity to approach challenges with gentleness, foster healthier relationships, and experience more joy and peace.

The workshop can be paired with other offerings in the House Concert series to create a tailored experience. Select from twelve personal development topics, or combine multiple topics to meet your group’s educational goals. Available in 1-hour, 3-hour, and 7-hour sessions, both online and in-person.
