EXECUTIVE COACHING

Senior Leaders

Through a series of focused Coaching conversations and foundation-building practices, Leslie works with clients to explore a Leadership topic to understand the ‘current state’, what’s getting in their way, and developing greater clarity about new ways of approaching their topic. Leslie’s creative, compassionate and straight-forward approach is holistic, practical, and focuses on development of competencies that enables clients to stretch and grow, and achieve real and lasting results.

GROUP COACHING

Leslie offers three Group Coaching Services that are adaptable with a multi-dimensional approach:

Employees & Leaders

When a team experiences challenging or stressful events (e.g. a significant loss or change; merger with another group; new Leadership or strategic objectives), employees and Leaders come together in this facilitated session, to discuss what is within and external to their control, and what needs must be met to enable the team to process and move forward. This ‘healing process’ allows participants to feel heard, and to gain some additional perspective through hearing the views of others.

Leadership Teams

Leaders come together to provide coaching support and ideation to each other. Participants share their real leadership challenges, and practice supporting each other and growing their Leadership skills using Peer Coaching, active listening, powerful questions, and Mentoring, in this facilitated group coaching circle format.

Team Diagnostics

This multi-dimensional approach is designed to explore persistent team engagement and morale issues, by providing a non-biased forum for team members and leaders to better understand and address issues that may be under the surface, to improve employee experience, collaboration, and engagement results. Leaders and employees participate in individual confidential interviews, and a summary of themes and recommendations for Team Development, Leadership Development, and/or employee engagement are provided to Leaders, and rolled out to team members.

 

TEAM PERFORMANCE COACHING

Nourishing employee's performance is a crucial aspect of managing a successful and productive team. It allows you to not only identify areas of improvement but also enhance employee performance and supports Continuous Improvement. Leslies offers Interactive sessions that explore fundamental team principles, trust-building, feedback, and team cohesion for personal transformation and improved collaboration.

Based on the influential Leadership principles outlined in Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," these workshops are designed to equip your Leadership Team with practical tools and methodologies, elevate team dynamics, foster a culture of trust, and drive commitment and accountability for unparalleled results.
